The location was a strong point, just a short walk to two tube stations and near Kensington Park, which was lovely for a stroll. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was ample food available. the room was quite stuffy and challenging to cool down, leading to uncomfortable nights. Service fell short, with frequent unstaffed front desk and minimal assistance from the staff. internet connectivity issues were frustrating and disruptive.

Had an awesome time with my friends visiting the Science Museum and Hyde Park! Location was perfect with two metro stations nearby. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying—boiled eggs, croissants, and tea. Just a heads up, no slippers or water provided in room, but otherwise everything was great!

One downside was the internet, which was quite poor. We often got bumped off, making it frustrating to stay connected.

This place suits me perfectly, providing great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. I remember when the staff helped me return documents I left behind. They are friendly and attentive. I’m coming back for a weekend!

The breakfast offered a nice selection of pastries and good coffee, setting a great tone for my day. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which made it inconvenient to stay connected.

Decent option for a brief weekend stay in London with fantastic value for money. The shower was very small but functional. Try to bring your own drinking water, as they don’t provide any on-site.

Really enjoyed my stay! The location is just perfect. I was able to stroll to Kensington Gardens in minutes. The staff were super friendly, especially Sammi! My room was small but did the job. Breakfast was tasty too, loved the options. Just wish the room was a tad bigger, lol.
